SMSFU for JSC "Samaraneftegaz" put into operation

In the summer of this year, the production of three sets of Small-sized modular separation- filling units for JSC Samaraneftegaz was completed.

The equipment was shipped to the fields of Shantalinskiy district of the Samara region. SMSFU intended for the Kirgizovskoe and Buzerovskoye fields were shipped in a contractual period, and SMSFU for the Yaltausskoye field was shipped ahead of schedule.

After carrying out erection supervision and commissioning works at the Kirgizovskoe and Buzerovskoye fields, two units were put into operation.

The peculiarity of all three complexes is that Corporation Uraltechnostroy LLC was the first in Russia to apply the integrated built-in separator to the storage tank, which in turn significantly affected the labor costs and metal consumption of the installation.

Perfect manufacturing of equipment, an ideal assembly on the site and the latest software allow starting the operation of the installation in the shortest possible time.
