Modular packaged gas-field equipment
«Corporation Uraltechnostroy» LLC and «Uraltechnostroy-Tuimazykhimmash» JSC manufacture process equipment in modular-packaged execution. Delivered equipment requires minimum assembly at site, provided with piping, shutoff and control valves, instrumentation primary equipment and service platforms. Fit-up and hydraulic tests are performed in a workshop which allows to reduce start-up period of the entire project.
Manufacturing capabilities of plants allows to produce tanks of various purpose with volume up to 200 m3, non-pressure or pressure-operated up to 160 atm, with wall thickness up to 90 mm. Equipment currently available in the workshop manufactures units with wall thickness up to 120 mm.
Fuel gas treatment unit
Service
Fuel gas treatment modular units (FGTU) are purposed to treat gas from condensed moisture, mechanical impurities, gas condensate by reducing it and serve outlet pressure maintenance at the indicated level.
Application field
• treatment of gas and condensate according to existing standards purposed for its subsequent transfer;
• fuel gas adjusting to utilize it as a motor fuel in gas-engine and gas-turbine generating stations as well as at thermal power station;
• fuel gas preparation for application as a motor fuel in a drive of gas-compressor units.
Structure and operation principle
Depending on determined conditions gas preparation may be realized in several ways:
• separation and filtration of low pressure gas;
• low temperature gas separation;
• low temperature gas separation applying vortex tube;
• combination of the above-mentioned methods.

In addition to main process equipment, in case of necessity gas treatment units may be completed with the following equipment:
• gas condensate stabilization unit;

ТУ 3660-024-45211680-2009 “Modular pumping stations. Technical specifications”.
Modular pumping station is delivered with technical dossiers and material documentation, ancillary equipment and items, provided by manufacturing plants. Assembled pumping stations and components are completed with GOST R conformity certificates.
Manufacturing plants for equipment and materials for pumping station supply are selected during engineering activity or contract signing phase.
APCS and energy supply
A process condition control system was designed for pumping station units. System monitors:
Control of pumping units, gates, indication of operational parameters, pumping station units and equipment status is performed with the help of graphic operator terminal installed on a front door of the control system cabinet. Additionally information displaying and control of pumping station operation is possible via Ethernet interface of upper-level control system.
Control system cabinet includes UPS to ensure uninterruptible ACS operation in case of electricity failure.
Power supply
In order to provide power supply for electrical equipment of oil pumping station it is possible to install cabinets low voltage distribution switchboard (НКУ), package transformer substation (КТП), softstarter (УПП) and distributing device (РУ).

Modules are performed in two different types:
· process units;
· administration units.
Structure
Module’s structure represents a frame welded with steel closed profile covered with a three-layer sandwich panels with noncombustible sealing. Module’s base is a welded steel framing made of hot-rolled steel profile covered with sheet metal and insulated basalt heating.
Modules structures may be produce with level of fire resistance required by its service.
Modules may be combined in groups of any area.
Dimensions of completed packages allow their handling by all types of transport. Slinging and lifting are performed with four-leg slings by means of lifting lugs in the upper area of the module or by means of cross beams with trunnions designed at the base of the module.
Modules are manufactured according to the following regulations:

· ТУ 3683-007-45211680-06 Administration unit. Technical requirements.
· OCT 26.260.18-2004 Process units for gas and oil industries.
General technical specification
Component composition
Equipment composition depends on its service and customer’s request. Process units include heating, lighting, ventilation, fire alarm. Administration units are additionally equipped with water supply, sewerage and air conditioning.
Blocks may be operated in any climatic regions, maintaining necessary temperature inside modules. Internal finishing depends on premise service. External finishing and color scheme are in accordance with customer’s request. Windows and doors (gates) location varies based on existing codes and customer’s requirements.
