Introduction of Integrated Management System
Since 2000 the quality management system has been functioning in Corporation Uraltechnostroy, certified according to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.
In 2009 Corporate Quality Management System was developed, introduced and certified in compliance with requirements ISO 9001:2008, extending to two enterprises: Corporation Urltechnostroy LLC, Uraltechnostroy-Teplopanel LLC. At the end of 2012 there was taken a decision by corporate management to create Integrated Management System based on active Corporate Quality Management System.
During 2013 project on design, introduction of Integrated Management System complying with requirements of three international standards (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 и OHSAS 18001:2007) was successfully realized.
At the end of December, 2013 the audit of Integrated Management System has been passed. Inspection was carried out by a group of auditors of international certification center TÜV SÜD.
The auditors noted a number of positive changes, happening in organizations for the last year. In particular, they noted active development and usage of corporate information system Bord, marked improvement of production environment conditions, high level of smoothness and order at the production site and infrastructure objects, and also noted the personnel of organizations who possess significant experience and high qualification skills.
Also a few uncritical unconformities were found by the auditors. Working upon the elimination of defects started immediately after the audit was over.
According to the results of conducted audit by the auditors it is recommended for the certification authority TÜV SÜD to prolong currency of certificates to quality management system for the organizations Corporation Urltechnostroy LLC, Uraltechnostroy-Teplopanel LLC and issue certificates to ecological management system and health care management system and assurance of operation safety.
