Modular pumping station

Water transfer modular pumping station can perform as booster station, internal transfer and treated water exhaust pumping stations at Modular group pumping Station in the system of field gathering and oil-water treatment units.

Components composition

Water transfer modular pumping stations are completed with the following equipment:

• pumping units for water treatment of “Centrifugal split casing pump”, “Centrifugal cantilever pump”, “Centrifugal pump”, “Centrifugal double-entry pump” types;
• filters;
• piping and cabling;
• shutoff and regulating valves;
• instrumentation;
• hand hoist;
• drawout-mounted devices;
• service platforms;
• shelter-unit, equipped with electrical and hot water heating systems, ventilation, lighting, alarm and drain systems.

Water transfer modular pumping station maybe located in inside the shelter module and on the open skid, it may be manufactured with different structural designs and completeness depending on Customer’s and project Engineer’s requirements. Additional equipment of pumping units with control and signaling devices is at the customer’s requirement.

Water transfer modular pumping station comes in modules with the following dimensions: 3000х6000х2950 mm, 3000х9000х2950 mm, 3000х12000х2950 mm, which can be assembled and completed in different variations depending on Customer’s and project Engineer’s requirements.

Water transfer modular pumping station with pumping units of “Centrifugal split casing pump”, “Centrifugal cantilever pump”, “Centrifugal pump”, “Centrifugal double-entry pump” types comply with OST 26.260.18-2004 “Process modules for oil and gas industry. General specification” and other regulations.
