SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Social programs for personnel
«Corporation Uraltechnostroy» LLC is engaged with a range of social practices in the following areas:
- personnel safety and health enhancement (a physician’s office is provided on the territory of the Company, a gym and company’s ski-resort «Kandri-Kul» is also available for company’s employees);
- production accidents and occupational disease prevention
- assistance in professional skills developing and qualification upgrading (a statute is approved regarding employee’s efficient proposals, such initiative is quarterly awarded with a bonus and display of an employee’s photo on board of honor).
- corporate culture based on respect for labor, cultural and language diversity as well as traditions of multinational staff.
- youth support (Youth board was established)
- social support providing various financial assistance and allowances;
- support for elderly employees (financial remuneration for veterans of work)
- catering (cafeteria is organized on a well-arranged territory, products are supplied from in-house agricultural enterprises);
- assistance in organizing pass time and leisure activity.
Annual summer and winter Sport games (“Spartakiada”) at the ski-resort «Kandri-Kul», creative contests for employees (e.g. the best logo design etc.), corporate holidays dedicated to Oil and Gas specialist Day and New year, cinema and theatre trips and other events became traditional for the company.
Drawing contests, holidays on the Occasion of Children protection Day, as well as New Year celebrations are held for employees’ children.
Apart from industrial production, our company is engaged in agricultural area – a corporate horse-breeding farm is located in Alisheyevsky region, natural daily products are produced as well.
Sponsorship and charity
«Corporation Uraltechnostroy» LLC encompasses the following important aspects of social accountability: systematic charity events, support and development of sport and culture in the republic of Bashkortostan, as well as assistance to socially vulnerable groups.
Company organizes charity and sponsor support for:
- educational and sport facilities (Children’s club of ball-dancing «Telemark»; RB Billiard sport Federation; RB Federation of modern pentathlon);
- non-governmental organizations (Community trust for Bashkir ethnic group development;
- social shelter for children and teenagers «Beryezka» (Mikhailovka, Ufa region)
Exhibition of laser art prints of world masterpieces are open to the citizens of the city in corporation office-building. This activity is held in cooperation with Republic non-governmental organization «Restoration and preservation of cultural heritage» and International non-governmental organization «Intellectual culture centre» in the city of Samara. The most important exposition visitors are disadvantaged children and children from orphanages.
Conferences and open house days are held in order to integrate educational, scientific and intellectual potential of «Corporation Uraltechnostroy» LLC and leading educational institutions of the republic. This collaboration helps to employ graduates and recruit new personnel. |
